Sometimes we get stuck or feel lost or simply feel we need to take stock and find some new paths forward. We have two discreet modes of individual support: -


Psychotherapeutic Counselling provides a space for being heard, to explore challenges and difficulties and build understanding and a stronger sense of self. Some of the challenges we have with our mental health have been with us for much of our lives and require a holistic approach to finding some resolution or accommodation.


Coaching helps to develop direction and progression, based on personal reflection. What do you need to do to quench your needs and aspirations and how do you find a way to do it? These are questions we will support you to answer



As a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) we offer both counselling and coaching under a code of ethics.

Combining psychological understanding with direct experience of working within and for organisations, combined with academic work, we can provide coaching which addresses a wide diversity of contexts.
